This action RPG in 2D dark fantasy side-scrolling has you playing as Attuner Lilac who is exercising her skills to purify corrupted Homunculi and, through the battle, bring back life to what was once a world devastated by the disastrous Rain of Death. Ender Magnolia Bloom in the Mist can take your combat in an interesting new direction as you are able to find and purify three or four Homunculi, each one with a different amount of abilities and attack styles. You can then split them up into the different controls (for more strategy and flexibility in combat). From close quarters battles to range attacks Lilac and her Homunculi partners combine to create a well-rounded experience for every encounter. It will be the key to defeat all that Land of throws at you.
Land od fumes is done well with this echomical mix of the industrial and the mythic that corners out such clean worst looking beautiful lands. It borrows from ENDER MAGNOLIA Bloom in the Mist design elements of Nier and Pokémon — exploration, creature collection and everything in between your fingers jumping platforming. Introducing a very ordered map system and fast travel points this massive world is not only fun to explore but also begs you to explore every last crevice in search for secret treasures and lore.
